Acceptance
By accessing this website or installing Alelyon software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the software.
Licence
Subject to these terms, Alelyon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Alelyon Terminal. You may not redistribute it, sublicense it, rent it, or make it available to third parties as a service.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this limitation. Components distributed under their own open-source licences are governed by those licences, which prevail over this section for those components.
Access keys
Beta access keys and subscription credentials are issued to a single holder and may not be shared, published, or transferred. Alelyon may revoke a key at any time, including where it is shared, used to circumvent access controls, or used in a way that degrades the service for others. Access during a beta period is provided without any commitment to continuity, feature set, or eventual pricing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Alelyon software or services to violate applicable law or market regulation, to infringe a data provider's terms, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to Alelyon systems or other users' data, or to place load on hosted services beyond documented limits.
Third-party data
Market, economic, fundamental, and filing data is supplied by third parties and is subject to their terms. Your right to use that data through Alelyon software is no broader than the right the originating provider grants. Alelyon does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data.
No advice; assumption of risk
Alelyon supplies software and research infrastructure and does not provide investment advice. See Disclosures for the full statement. You are solely responsible for any decision you make using output from Alelyon software, and you assume the entire risk of those decisions.
Warranty disclaimer
The website, software, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Alelyon does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alelyon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, trading losses, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the website, software, or services — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not Alelyon was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or Alelyon software is the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Nothing in this section removes a right you have under the law of your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes
Alelyon may modify these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
