No investment advice
Alelyon Quantitative Services ("Alelyon") provides software, data tooling, and research infrastructure. Nothing on this website, in Alelyon documentation, or produced by Alelyon software constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative, or an offer or solicitation with respect to any security or investment product.
Alelyon is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or commodity trading advisor. It does not manage client assets and does not exercise discretion over any account. Any decision to trade is made solely by the user, who bears the entire risk of that decision.
Risk of loss
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the risk of losing more than the amount originally invested. Leveraged instruments, derivatives, and futures carry additional risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those discussed.
Hypothetical and simulated results
Certain material may include backtested, simulated, or hypothetical results. Such results have inherent limitations. They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect actual trading, and do not account for the effect of financial risk in real trading — including the ability to withstand losses or adhere to a strategy despite losses. Simulated results also may not reflect the impact of liquidity, transaction costs, slippage, or market impact. No representation is made that any account will achieve results resembling those shown.
Data sources and accuracy
Alelyon software aggregates market, economic, fundamental, and filing data from third-party sources. That data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, subject to revision, or unavailable. Alelyon does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and is not liable for any decision made in reliance on it. Where a data quality problem is detectable, Alelyon software is designed to surface it rather than conceal it; undetected problems remain possible.
Scope of verification claims
Alelyon's certified-number pipeline makes specific, bounded claims. It certifies quantisation error introduced by storage, and the replay of the program that consumed the stored values. It does notcertify that the underlying data is true or accurate.
A signed certificate establishes that committed inputs have not been altered since commitment. It does not establish that those inputs were correct when captured. Verification requires inputs obtained independently of Alelyon and a public key pinned out of band. The execution bound is a probabilistic conformal statement covering storage quantisation alone, and is not a guaranteed enclosure over rounding, truncation, or discretisation error.
As of the date of publication, no third party operating independently of Alelyon has verified an Alelyon certificate, and no approved public distribution of the deterministic kernel exists. The co-signing witness included in current builds runs co-located with the signer and is therefore not independent.
Software provided as is
Alelyon software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Desktop builds distributed during the preview period may be unsigned; users are responsible for verifying published checksums before installation.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about planned functionality, roadmap, or intended capability are forward-looking and subject to change without notice. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver any particular feature.
