What changed, and what is next.

Plans, scheduled maintenance, weekly patches, daily micropatches and every version's patch notes, in one place.

Plans

Your AI agent drives the desktop app In progress

With a switch in the app's Settings, your own agent can open chats, send messages and start and read agent tasks in the Alelyon app on your computer, through alelyon-cli. Off until you turn it on; every outside action shows in the app, and risky ones ask you first.

Developer tokens, alelyon-cli and the developer console In progress

Scoped keys for your own agents and scripts, an MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Lattice, and a console at /developers/ to make, revoke and audit them. What an agent posts on Pages is labeled.

A second free model: gpt-oss 120B In progress

OpenAI's open model, run by Amazon Bedrock, beside Gemma 4 in the web chat's model menu, free with no account.

Organization workspaces and live co-editing Planned

Shared workspaces for an organization's members, and editing the same files together in real time.

Pro free for 7 days Planned

A first Pro subscription starts with seven days free, the card taken at checkout. Opens when paid plans do.

Sign in with Alelyon for other apps Planned

Apps and hosted AI agents ask for exactly the access they need on a consent screen, without a token copied by hand; a hosted MCP server for agents that run in the cloud.

Scheduled maintenance

Nothing is scheduled. A window is listed here before it starts.

Weekly patches

Week of 12 October

  • The web chat answers with no account: Gemma 4, 30 free messages a day.
  • Pages on the website became the whole of Pages, for everyone, with photos, communities, products and jobs.
  • The web chat shows each reply's work, offers the right files from your folder, and keeps your recent models and provider keys with your account.
  • The Alelyon app gained a chat-first layout, windows, background commands, schedules, notebooks and a browser for its agent with developer tools.

Daily micropatches

Small fixes that ship the day they are ready, between versions.

  • The free model has a daily ceiling as well as a monthly one, so a burst of traffic pauses it until the next day instead of using up the month.
  • gpt-oss 120B's private working is kept out of its answers.

  • The free model's server got fixes to how it streams answers, and an updated TLS library.

Patch notes

alelyon.com 0.9.0

  • The web chat adds the right files for you. While you write a message, the files of the open folder it is about are offered over the message box, beside the files you add with @, and go with the message unless you leave one out with its ×. Each is chosen by its words: those of its path count most, and a file you name comes first. A file that looks like it holds secrets, one your ignore files keep out, or one too large to send whole is never offered. On the free model, what is offered leaves room for your message.
  • The web chat answers right away, with no account: signed out and with nothing chosen, Gemma 4 (an open model made by Google, run by Google Cloud for Alelyon) answers, 30 messages a day, and the line under the message box says where the message goes and how many are left. When the day's or the month's free messages are used, the model menu opens on the ways to keep going. The Privacy Notice (2026-10-16) says what the free model sends and keeps, and the Terms (2026-10-16) ask that it be used only through the website's chat and say it may be paused once its monthly allowance is used.
  • The web chat shows the agent's work where its reply is. Each reply that used tools opens with one line saying what it did ("Read 2 files · changed 2 files +2 −0 · 4 s"), which opens on every call it made. Under it, each file the reply changed, with its changed lines and Keep and Undo for that file; once decided, the file's line says kept, undone, or changed again by a later reply. The card stays with the reply when its topic is opened again. Above the message box, one status line holds the agent's plan ("Plan 1/3 · the step now") and each checklist it gave you beside the changes waiting for review; a segment opens its list, and a new checklist opens by itself.

alelyon.com 0.8.0

  • Pages on the website is the whole of Pages, for everyone. Signed out, it has the same navigation, column and rail as signed in, with every post, person, organization, community, product and open job to read. Posting, replying, reacting, following and joining open the sign-in in a box over Pages, and signing in or out keeps your place.
  • The site's navigation names Pages where Community stood. The Community page is gone, and its open-source repositories are now on the App page.
  • Signing in on one page no longer signs you out when you open another (Community, Pages and the rest): the browser's session now starts before the page says you are signed in.

alelyon.com 0.7.1

  • Pages on the website reads a list's next page as you near its end, as the app does (Home, Explore, a person's or an organization's page, search, notifications, products and the rest); Show more stays, for a press and the keys.

alelyon.com 0.7.0

  • The account page shows your plan, an organization's trial and its end, and what the plan allows of the cloud harness. The Privacy Notice (2026-10-15.2) describes plans, trials, usage counts (names and numbers, never content) and Free chat history kept 30 days.
  • The web chat's background tasks are built and stay off until their service is deployed (site.config AGENTS_OPEN, which needs WORKSPACE_OPEN): signed in, Run in background (Ctrl+Shift+Enter) makes the message box's text a task that keeps working after the tab closes, with the chosen model, Ask or Edit, and a copy of the open folder sent as Send folder sends it; Tasks in the rail lists each task in one row (state, model, to-dos, files changed, minutes and tokens) with "2 of 6 running", and an open task shows its live events, to-dos, an answer box, a follow-up box, Stop, Delete and Review changes, which stages its changes in the review (nothing is written until kept). A key background agents may not use yet is turned on in one click, and Connections gains a Background agents switch per kept key. None of its code is in the site while it is off. The Privacy Notice (2026-10-15.2, not yet published) describes it: tasks kept 30 days after they end, the key used by Alelyon's agents service only for tasks you start and only with Background agents on, deleted with the account.
  • The cloud workspace (still off): its runners are reached only at https://ws.api.alelyon.com/r/<workspace id>, the control plane's own host, so the content-security policy holds no runner wildcard on or off, and any other runner address is refused before anything is sent to it; a folder is sent in calls under 30 MiB each, deletes counted with files; a stopped workspace says the day its files are kept until.
  • The plan catalog behind Pricing (not shown while purchases are closed) drops Ultra and carries the harness allowances; the account page shows a plan without a task limit as unlimited.
  • The Privacy Notice (2026-10-15) describes products on Pages: their public pages, makers, updates and launches, feedback and votes, reviews, testers and the new notifications.
  • Products on Pages: a product's page at /pages/?p=handle with its logo, stage, owner, makers, platforms, technologies, screenshots, latest launch and stars, and tabs for its updates, launches, feedback and reviews; posts say what they are to their product (an update, a launch, feedback with its status, a review with its stars); the day's launches over the newest posts; products in search and p/handle in the finder; and code between ``` lines drawn as code.
  • The web chat is now an agent in your browser tab: it lists, reads and searches the folder you open, stages its edits for your review (nothing is written until you keep it), keeps a to-do list, gives you checklists and can ask you a question. Also: Follow the agent in the editor, a folder tree that honours .gitignore and .latticeignore, your folder's own slash commands and /review, notes beside the code, and a getting-started checklist on a first visit.
  • The web chat starts free and is quieter. On a first visit the empty chat offers Sign in with OpenRouter: one click opens OpenRouter's sign-in, and the chat then chooses the most capable model OpenRouter serves at no charge and says which (connecting any provider from the model menu now also chooses a model at once). The first screen is a heading, one line, the free start and suggestion chips; the getting-started checklist waits until a model is connected and shows a line a step, the next one open. The message box has plain placeholders, a No folder open button that opens one, and one line of care; what a running reply is doing, and its end, are said for screen readers instead of shown twice. The side bar names each button under its icon and keeps Search the site, Keyboard shortcuts and Models and privacy behind More. Friends opens in place on the chat page, where the floating bar is hidden. (#1930)
  • The web chat's cloud workspace is built and stays off until its service is deployed (site.config WORKSPACE_OPEN): signed in, Start gives your account a small computer where you and the agent run commands and tests on a copy of your folder, with the month's minutes shown ("1 h 20 of 2 h this month"), Send folder (never ignored or secret-looking files), Bring changes back into the review (nothing is written until you keep it), a command line with coloured output and Stop, and in Edit mode the agent's run_command. Until then the first-visit checklist's step still says Coming soon, and none of its code is in the site. The content-security policy names its control plane, ws.api.alelyon.com. The Privacy Notice (2026-10-15.2, not yet published) describes it: files kept 14 days after last use, commands and their output not kept beyond the running workspace, minutes kept per month with the account.
  • The model menu's Recent follows your account: signed in, the last 10 models you chose are kept with your Alelyon account, so the chat picks up your newest one (whose provider is connected) on every device where you sign in; at sign-in, the models this browser listed are added once after your account's. Forget all under Connections forgets them there too. Signed out, Recent stays on this browser as before.
  • With no recent model you can use, the chat chooses one for you once and says so ("Chosen for you: ..."): of the models your connected providers list that are in Alelyon's catalogue, those within 3 points of the most capable on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index (read 15 October 2026), then the cheapest of them at the provider's list price. A model the catalogue does not have is never chosen; your own choice replaces it and goes into Recent. The figures load with the model menu, not on the page's first load. Models & privacy says how the default is chosen; the Privacy Notice says what Recent keeps with your account.
  • Sign-in: "Keep me signed in" on every sign-in form (unticked: the browser stays signed in until it closes or 8 hours pass; ticked: 30 days), and a Show button on every password field, which hides the password again once the form is sent. The Privacy Notice says how long each lasts.
  • The web chat has one model menu: the model button under the message box, Ctrl+. or Models opens it with a search box over your recent models, llama.cpp and each connected provider's models (with context and price), Up, Down and Enter to choose, a typed model id when nothing matches, and Connect rows that connect a provider in place. Your account page has Connections, one table of every model source with its state, the key's last four characters and when it was checked, and Connect, Test, Replace, Forget and Forget all. A key you connect is now remembered unless you untick it: signed in, encrypted with your Alelyon account, so it follows you to every device where you sign in; signed out, encrypted in this site's storage on this browser. Keys a browser kept before you signed in stay there until you press "Move N keys to your account" under Connections, and each row says where its key is kept (Your account, This browser, This tab only). The chat calls a provider with your key from your browser only; the Privacy Notice (2026-10-15.2) says so.
  • Pages on the website, signed in, is now the app's Pages: the same navigation, column and side rail, and every screen of it: Home with the full composer (articles, polls, photos, a schedule, drafts, job openings and launches), Explore, Products with each product's page and its makers' tools, Communities, Lists, Jobs, Notifications grouped as the app groups them, Bookmarks, My page in its four tabs, Organizations with their members, flagged posts and positions to confirm, and Drafts, with the app's keyboard shortcuts and photo viewer. Moderation stays in the app.
  • Pages on the website now work signed in: sign in on /pages/ to post (with who can reply or a poll; photos once Alelyon takes them from the website, and until then the page says so), reply, react, repost or quote, save, pin and delete your own posts, see notifications with an unread count and your bookmarks, keep lists, mute or block, apply for jobs and edit your page. Signed out, Pages stay read-only.
  • The account page's plan line says what the plan unlocks, in the owner's go-live table's terms: auto mode, background tasks and helper agents at once, schedules and the project manager. It no longer mentions cloud workspace hours or chat history. The pricing cards, shown once purchases open, are written from the same allowances, and Ultra and hosted chat are gone from them.
  • Release records for alelyon-app 0.5.0 and 0.6.0 and website 0.6.0 (2026-10-15).

Accounts and sign-in 0.6.1

  • Records the Terms and the Privacy Notice of 2026-10-16 (the website's free model) with each sign-up; a deploy setting, the image is 0.6.0's.

Accounts and sign-in 0.6.0

  • Open jobs are a public read (GET /identity/pages/jobs), as the posts that open them are: by words, workplace, kind and ticker, bound as search is. Who applied stays the organization's.
  • A refused resume of a website session no longer expires the browser's cookie; only signing out does. A resume sent just before a sign-in's start had erased the cookie that start set, so the next page was signed out.

Accounts and sign-in 0.5.0

  • The pilot: an organization on Pages can be given a trial of a paid plan (Team for 30 days by default) that puts its members on it until it ends; the plan reply states what each plan allows of the hosted harness; POST /identity/native/pilot/count keeps a few named moments as daily counts, never content; an operator console (python -m alelyon.platform.identity.pilot_admin) starts and ends trials, reports the counts and, once the Privacy Notice says so, prunes Free chat history past 30 days. Privacy Notice 2026-10-15.2.
  • Background agents' identity side (pilot plan phase 3): each kept model-provider key has a Background agents flag, off until the person turns it on (POST /identity/native/provider-keys/background; list shows it; replacing a key keeps it, forgetting drops it; table hosted_provider_key_background); POST /identity/internal/v1/agent-key gives the agents service (and only it, by its own service token; not in CORS; rate-limited) a person's key only while that flag is on, recording a security event provider-key-used-by-agent with its provider and the task id from the X-Alelyon-Task header, never the key; the workspace-plan reply gains background_tasks and fleet_agents; account deletion needs nothing new, since the workspace's operator route it already owes a deletion now also deletes the account's tasks.
  • The cloud workspace's two links: POST /identity/internal/v1/workspace-plan answers the workspace (and only it, by its service token; not in CORS; rate-limited) with an account's effective plan, a trial's raise included, and 404 for a deleted account; and every account deletion now owes the workspace the deletion of the account's workspace, files and minutes, written in the deletion's own transaction and delivered by housekeeping until the workspace answers 200 (table hosted_workspace_deletions, kept until then).
  • Access tokens for the cloud workspace: POST /identity/native/access-token accepts the audience alelyon-workspace.
  • The plan catalog: Free runs 2 background tasks and 4 helper agents; Pro and each Team seat 6 and 12; Max has no limit (null). Paid plans add schedules and the project manager, and each plan's allowances say so (`schedules`, `project_manager`). Ultra is no longer sold.
  • Builders on Pages (ADR-0056): product pages owned by a person or an organization, with makers who confirm their listing, a logo and screenshots; updates and launches (once for each major version, supported for a day and ranked in Explore by day and by week); feedback boards with votes and statuses that tell authors and voters; reviews of one to five stars (one per account, never by insiders); testers asked for and invited; products in search; seven new notifications; and the Privacy Notice version 2026-10-15 recorded with each sign-up.
  • The website chat's groups (the project manager on the web, part 1 of 2): routes to keep groups of chat topics in the account, each with a goal, a board status, a place in the reader's order and a plan of milestones; deleted with Forget everything and with the account. The website chat does not use them until part 2, which also updates the Privacy Notice.
  • The models a signed-in visitor chose last can be kept with the account: new routes /identity/native/model-recents/{list,use,merge,forget-all} keep at most 10 rows an account (provider, model id, when chosen; the oldest goes first), in the new table hosted_model_recents, created by the store's own migration in both dialects. Providers are the provider keys' closed list plus local (llama.cpp); a model id is 1-200 printable characters; writes share the provider keys' bounds (600 an hour). The rows are deleted with Forget all and with the account (ADR-0047).
  • The model catalogue's models carry their general capability figure (the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, read 2026-10-15, with the variant and source of each), under the new task "general"; DeepSeek V4 Flash 0731 has none, and says why.
  • "Keep me signed in": POST /identity/site/start takes an optional `remember`; with it the site session lasts 30 days (idle and absolute) in a cookie with a Max-Age, and without it the 8 and 24 hours hold in a cookie that ends with the browser. Privacy Notice 2026-10-15.2.

alelyon.com 0.6.0

  • Pictures open large: press an app screenshot, or a diagram's Enlarge, to see it fill the window, with Actual size to see it at the app's own size; Esc or a press beside it closes it. The app screenshots are recaptured at twice the pixels (3200x2000) and served as AVIF up to that size, where WebP smeared the gold interface text, and a gap the browser leaves while a page scrolls shows the page's warm colour instead of a black slab.
  • Release records for website 0.5.0 and alelyon-app 0.4.0 (2026-10-15).

alelyon.com 0.5.0

  • Pages: posts read as rows the way the app now draws them: the author's picture beside each post, the time that opens it, counts with icons as X shows them, quotes and photos in round frames, polls as bars, and a page's top with the picture over the banner.
  • Pages on the website in the app's own look: organization tickers as gold chips, times, titles and counts in a mono face, post kinds (Article, Job opening, Poll) named over the post, headings in small gold capitals and trends ranked from 01.
  • Bring your own key for every major vendor on the web chat: Anthropic, Cohere, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek and Mistral join the seven open-model hosts, called straight from the tab with your key. Nothing is on sale: the Pricing link is gone and /pricing/ says so; a Credits card on the account page is built and stays off until purchases open.
  • Release records for website 0.4.0, identity 0.4.0 and alelyon-app 0.3.0 (2026-10-14).

Alelyon app 0.6.0

  • Checklists above the composer fold and scroll: one list held to two fifths of the panel that scrolls past it, so the chat and the composer stay in view; a list's title folds it to one line, and with more than one, Collapse all or Expand all.
  • The agent's browser gets developer tools: run a script in the page, read the console and network requests (and a response), find and fill elements, and set the page's size and colour scheme; effects ask as clicks do, and passwords, cards, cookies and site storage stay off limits.
  • Screenshot mode takes --scale N: the same layout drawn at N times the pixels (a window larger than the screen if need be), for pictures that stay sharp on high-density screens.

Alelyon app 0.5.0

  • Cost and time per group on the board: tokens as reported, time worked, how answers are paid for (this PC, subscription, or price not known), unreported answers counted apart, and commands that may cost money asked and approved.
  • Plans and milestones per group: the agent proposes a goal and milestones, works toward the next and ticks them off; the user edits the plan (then the agent suggests changes in words); optional dates, never moved by the agent, mark a group behind on the board.

Alelyon app 0.4.0

  • Settings no longer offers Upgrade or Manage billing until purchases open, a credits balance line is built but switched off, and Lattice chat takes your own Anthropic key through Anthropic's Chat Completions endpoint with newer default OpenAI and Gemini models.
  • Brainstorm: a chat beside the groups for talking ideas through; it reads every group's state and changes nothing, and an idea goes to a group's session (or a new group) only when the user presses its card.
  • The board: every group of a project as a card (Planned, In progress, Waiting on you, Done) that follows the work, with progress and what it waits for; move a card (kept until the work changes) and order groups by priority; tasks past the limit wait and start by group priority.
  • Groups: work is split by what is being done, each group with one continuing session and its tasks; a message with no group open is put with the group it matches or starts one; rename, merge, move a chat and archive; earlier chats are grouped once for review.
  • Pages: a design of its own, drawn as the social sites draw theirs. The navigation down the left, one column of posts between hairlines under a header with tabs, and search, trending and who to follow beside it; posts as rows whose actions light in their colours; a frameless composer; menus that float over the page; profiles with the picture over the banner. Black, with gold for what acts.
  • Pages: X's keys while no box has the keyboard. j and k move between posts and scroll to them; l likes, r replies, t reposts or quotes, b saves, o or Enter opens; n writes a new post, / searches, . reads the column again. The shortcut sheet lists them. Following reads Unfollow under the pointer.
  • Pages: typing @ and a name in the composer offers the people who match, with their pictures; Up and Down choose, Enter or Tab writes the @username, Esc leaves what was typed.
  • Pages: a look of its own on Onyx. Organization tickers as gold chips, times and counts in a mono face, post kinds (Article, Job opening, Poll) named over the post, headers with a gold rule and a For you / Following switch, a gold-marked navigation with an outlined New post, "Builders to follow", and a band in each page's own colour when it has no banner.
  • Pages: a post's photo opens over the whole page, its description under it and the others a press or an arrow key away; Esc or a press beside it closes it. A feed's first read shows grey rows where its posts will be.

alelyon.com 0.4.0

  • Pages on the website show a community's page (/pages/?c=handle: its members, how it is joined, what it is about, its rules and posts), its name on the posts in it, and the finder opens c/handle. The Privacy Notice (2026-10-14.5) describes communities.
  • The Privacy Notice (2026-10-14.5) describes drafts and scheduled posts on Pages: seen by their author only until posted, posted as them at the time chosen, and deleted with the account.
  • The Privacy Notice (2026-10-14.5) describes Pages lists: private, seen by their maker only, and nobody on one is told.
  • The web chat shows each file's language icon beside its name: in the Explorer and its folders, quick open, the editor's tabs and review, and a reply's code blocks. The icons are Material Icon Theme's (MIT), loaded only by the parts that list files.
  • The release record of identity 0.3.1 (photo storage on); the site itself does not change.
  • Release records for website 0.3.0 and identity 0.3.0 (2026-10-14).

alelyon.com 0.3.0

  • Lattice on the web is one continuing chat: no New chat; each message goes to its topic (recall.ts, the app's routing), Show earlier with Continue this, recall and topic summaries sent with each message; signed in, the topics are kept in the Alelyon account (history.ts) with Forget everything and a box to opt out of training on the chat. Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.4.
  • The website gains a site search on every page (press / or Ctrl+K), and the web chat gains a keyboard shortcut sheet (press ?), Up to edit your last message, Undo after deleting a topic, Markdown export and a warning before leaving with a topic only the tab holds, while giving Ctrl+L, Ctrl+J and Ctrl+G back to the browser; the handbook and research notes get copy buttons on code and links on headings.
  • Release records for website 0.2.0 and identity 0.2.0 (2026-10-14).

alelyon.com 0.2.0

  • Pages on the website show photos: a post's (with their descriptions), a page's photo and banner, an organization's logo and banner, from media.alelyon.com only (allowed in the content policy).
  • The Privacy Notice describes photos on Pages: metadata removed, screening against known child sexual abuse material, storage with Cloudflare, and how long a photo stays.

alelyon.com 0.1.1

  • The Privacy Notice says that an endorsement, a confirmed position and a job application notify the person concerned.
  • Pages on the website count a post's reactions; the Privacy Notice describes reactions.
  • Scrolling no longer leaves ghost copies of text and buttons behind on some graphics cards: the page's background no longer makes the browser repaint the whole page as it scrolls, and the large blurred text shadows are gone (the home page keeps its contrast over the moving background with one still shade behind the words).

alelyon.com 0.1.0

  • Groundwork for end-to-end encrypted friends chat (ADR-0049, Phase 1): the sealed-message envelope and the bundle scanner's marker for it, not used yet (no visible change).
  • Friends chat on the website is sealed in the browser (ADR-0049 Phase 4): FRIENDS_SEALED_WEB is on; the Friends page, home, security page, product data and Privacy Notice describe the sealing without an end-to-end-encrypted claim (an independent review is pending).
  • Sealed friends chat checks each message's sending device against the devices of the person it says it is from and announces a new device on your own account; Sign out everywhere also removes this browser's chat device on the service (review pack Q2, Q3, Q8).
  • The account page keeps you signed in on Alelyon's pages until 8 hours pass without use (24 hours at most), lets you change your password and, once every 30 days, your username, and signs you out everywhere. Friends and Pricing stay signed in too. The Privacy Notice names the identity service's sign-in cookies.
  • Privacy Notice: unsealed friends messages are deleted on 22 October 2026 (00:00 UTC), when unsealed messages end; privacy version 2026-10-14.2.
  • The Terms say that deleting your account cancels your plan immediately, and that the rest of the paid period is not refunded except where the law requires it (Terms updated 14 October 2026).
  • Pricing page (/pricing/): Free, Pro, Team, Max and Ultra, monthly or annual (10% off), sign in and check out on Stripe, Manage billing for subscribers; Pricing in the menu and footer.
  • Terms: a Subscriptions and payment section (renewal, cancelling, refunds, price changes, taxes).
  • Friends on the website: a status menu (Online, Away, Do not disturb, Appear offline) under your name, and friends who chose do not disturb show it. A friends bar at the bottom of every page opens and closes your friends and messages.
  • The Friends panel shows the date when unsealed messages will be deleted, once the service sets one (ADR-0049 Phase 4b).
  • Lattice on the web keeps a file's bytes: a save, a Keep or a download writes the file's own line ends (CRLF, LF, CR, or each line's own) and byte-order mark back, a model's change is reviewed as only the lines it changes, and a save is refused when the file's bytes on disk changed since they were read. A file added with @ goes to the model with that message only; later messages name it without its contents.
  • A model's change to a file the Explorer does not list (in .git or node_modules, say) is reviewed against that file and kept through its guarded save, a change to a file that cannot be opened is said rather than dropped, and a new file is never written over one that is there. A message whose request failed keeps its files for Retry.
  • Lattice on the web's composer is the app's: the mode (Edit, Ask) and the model picker sit under the message box, one line under it says where the chosen model runs or why it cannot be used (the picker then says "(not ready)"), and the open folder and the file in view sit over it, the file added with one click for that message only.
  • The changes waiting for review say how many lines they add and remove; a running reply says what it is doing and for how long, and Esc stops it; with no chat open, the starts follow the file in view and the tab's five newest chats are a click away.
  • The first message of a tab to each provider reached with your own key asks first, as the app asks before its first send off the computer, and nothing reaches that provider unless you say Send.
  • Lattice on the web opens faster: the chat page fetches its shell (the side bar, the composer and the conversation) before anything is used, about 37 KB of script where it fetched about 94 KB, and every other part the first time you use it: the editor and review, the Explorer, Search, the providers' sign-in and key dialog, the reply renderer and the highlighter, with the stylesheets that only they use. A part that does not arrive is said over the conversation by name, nothing is sent or written in its place, and the page asks you to reload.
  • Long lists draw only the rows in view: the Explorer lists every file of a folder up to 20,000 (it showed the first 1,500), Search shows up to 10,000 matches (it showed 400), a provider's model list shows every model (it showed 300), and the arrow, Home, End and page keys move through them.
  • Search reads your folder in a background worker and sends matches back as it finds them, without keeping your files' text in the page; a reply is redrawn only at its end while it streams, and a long conversation draws its newest turns in full and older replies as plain text until you scroll to them.
  • Pages are open on the website: /pages/ reads people, organizations and posts from the identity service, signed in or not, in place of the demonstration with sample people.
  • Pricing is simpler, with a Standard / Enterprise switch beside Monthly / Annual. Standard shows Free, Pro, Max and Ultra in four wider panels, each with its price, how it is billed, one button and only what the plan adds; Annual shows the monthly equivalent and the yearly bill. Enterprise shows Team, sold per seat with a seat stepper, and Specialized plans, with Contact us by email. A Team account, or a link to /pricing/#enterprise, opens on Enterprise.
  • The top bar has an account button on every page: Sign in when signed out, your name and initials when signed in. Pages show a signed-in or a signed-out version: Friends becomes your friends app when signed in, without the pitch, the demo or the how-to; the account page drops its sign-up intro; the chat names your account. Pricing, signed in, marks your plan's card "Current plan" with Team's seats and the paid-through date, and drops the pitch and the sign-in form; on a paid plan, the other plans open Manage billing, where Stripe prorates the change, instead of a second checkout.
  • The Privacy Notice (14 October 2026) says that the post you pin to your page is public, that what you save to Bookmarks stays private, and that bookmarks go with their post and with your account.
  • Pages on the website: search, #hashtag links and pages, and Trending above the newest posts. The Privacy Notice (14 October 2026) says how search, Trending, suggestions and the For you feed use what is public.
  • Pages on the website show a job opening's place, workplace, kind of employment, pay and whether it is open.
  • Terms and Privacy: accounts, Pages and public posts. The licence for posts (including improving Alelyon's AI, with an opt-out), a minimum age of 13, what may not be posted, titles, tickers and organizations, moderation and appeals, copyright complaints, deletion, and what Pages makes public.
  • Pages on the website draw each @username in a post as a link to that person's page.
  • Privacy Notice: Pages notifications (a post's author learns who liked it; the person followed learns who followed them; kept 90 days).
  • Pages: a post made as an organization whose author is gone shows the organization only.
  • Pages on the website show a person's experience, education and skills, with how many people endorsed each skill.
  • Pages on the website show a post's poll: its options and total, and each option's share once it closes.
  • Encrypted friends chat on the website, behind a switch that is off (FRIENDS_SEALED_WEB; ADR-0049 Phase 3): with it on, a signed-in browser keeps one key in IndexedDB (deleted by Sign out everywhere), seals messages for every device of both people, opens them in the Friends panel and the friends bar, and notices a friend's new device. No visible change while off.
  • The moving gold-fog background, with its Motion switch, is now on the home page only. Every other page has a still background (the legal pages, the docs and Pages a plain black one), and no page but the home page downloads the background's 18 KB WebGL script.
  • The chat no longer keeps the old account session: no Alelyon model is offered, so the hosted route sends nothing and says "Hosted chat is not offered on this site", and the chat's notices no longer link to the account page to sign in. The account page no longer touches the old session left in a browser. Local and own-key chat are unchanged.
  • Release after the identity deploy that adds /identity/site/* (ADR-0048); before it, pages fall back to a per-tab session.

  • Pages: communities (ADR-0053), public groups at c/handle, joined at once or by request and kept by their owners and moderators (requests, roles, removals and bans, taking a conversation out); members post in them and only members reply; Alelyon's moderators suspend or restore one (mod-community, kept in an append-only log). Eleven signed-in routes and three public reads. Deleting an account closes a community it alone belongs to and hands one it last owns to its longest-standing moderator, else member. Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.5.
  • Pages: drafts and scheduled posts (ADR-0055), after X's: what the composer held, kept by its author alone (100 an account, with their photos) until posted at once or at a time chosen a minute to a year ahead (30 scheduled at most). Checked as its post would be when saved and again when posted, through create_post's own checks; a publisher beside housekeeping posts due drafts once a minute, and one refused then stays a draft with the reason. Four signed-in routes, no public read; `me` counts drafts. Deleting an account deletes its drafts, and another's draft quoting a post of its that goes loses the quote. Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.5.
  • Pages: lists (ADR-0054), after X's: an account's private lists of people and organizations, each read as one stream of their posts (not replies). Only the maker sees a list and nobody on one is told; 50 lists an account, 500 a list. Eight signed-in routes, no public read. Deleting an account deletes its lists and takes it off anyone's. Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.5.
  • Pages: a person's page lists their replies, their posts with photos or their articles (`show`, signed in and in public), as the social sites' tabs do; their posts and reposts stay the default.

Accounts and sign-in 0.3.1

  • Photos: with R2 configured, each start writes a small object to both buckets, reads the public one back through media.alelyon.com, deletes both and logs "photo storage check: ..." (a warning when a step fails). A deploy then shows whether the key and the domain work without anyone reading the key. Serving does not wait for it.
  • Photos: deploy.sh names the hash-list screen only once its file is on the data disk. Setting the R2 account id also named `/data/media-hash-list.txt`. With that file absent, every upload would have been refused, PhotoDNA's included, while the start-up log said uploads were open. Photos have never been on, so no deploy ran with it.
  • Photos: deploy.sh names the Cloudflare account that holds the R2 buckets alelyon-media (served at media.alelyon.com) and alelyon-media-held. Photo storage turns on at the next identity deploy once the two R2 key secrets exist. Uploads stay closed until a screen exists.

  • The website chat's history: topics and turns under the account (hosted_web_topics, hosted_web_turns) and the /identity/native/chat/ routes (topics, turns, create, append in parts, truncate, rename, summary, delete, forget), in the website's CORS scope; stored as text until the reader deletes them, capped at 60 topics of 400 turns; account deletion takes them; Alelyon may train on the text unless the reader opts out (hosted_web_chat_training_opt_outs, the training route). Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.4 describes it.

  • Pages: notifications of the later kinds (an endorsement, a confirmed position, a job application to an organization's owners and admins), kept in an additive table and shown only while still so. Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.2: an endorsement now tells the person endorsed.
  • Pages: photos (ADR-0050). Up to four on a post with alt text, a page's photo and banner, an organization's logo and banner; each JPEG, PNG or WebP of at most 5 MB, cleaned of metadata without decoding, checked against known illegal imagery before it is stored in Cloudflare R2; held privately while what shows it is hidden. Off until R2 and a screen are configured.
  • Pages: reactions after LinkedIn's (like, celebrate, support, love, insightful, funny): a like that says how, counted by kind, private as likes are; a like notification says how. Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.2 describes them.
  • New sign-ups record Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.3: the text that names Pages' later notifications (endorsements, confirmed positions, job applications), reactions and photos. Deploy after the website release that carries it.

Accounts and sign-in 0.1.0

  • New sign-ups record Terms and Privacy versions 2026-10-11, the dates the website now shows (privacy@ in the Privacy Notice, billing@ in the Terms).
  • Unsealed friends messages retire at 2026-10-22T00:00:00Z (PLAINTEXT_RETIRES_AT, on the owner's word 2026-10-14: deploy plus 7 days); PRIVACY_VERSION 2026-10-14.2.
  • New sign-ups record Terms version 2026-10-14, the date the website's Terms now show.
  • Plans and payment: Free, Pro, Team, Max and Ultra plans, Stripe checkout and the billing portal for your own account, and the Stripe webhook that keeps each plan current.
  • Team seats: a Team subscription's owner invites accounts by username; an invitation holds a seat and gives access only once the person accepts it (it runs out after 14 days). The owner can cancel an invitation or remove a member, and members can leave. Members' access follows the owner's subscription, and a lowered seat count keeps the earliest to accept.
  • Deleting an account now stops its billing first: its Stripe customer is deleted, which cancels its subscriptions, and the deletion is refused (and the account kept) if Stripe cannot be reached.
  • Status you choose: the new social route status keeps online, away, dnd (do not disturb) or offline (appear offline) apart from the app's heartbeat, and friends see the two combined; dnd sorts after away.
  • Fix: the service starts again from main (billing restored in the composition after a merge dropped it); billing routes mount.
  • The service's own startup lines (settings, and the Pages moderators pinned at start) now appear in its log; other loggers stay quiet.
  • Pages: bookmarks (bookmark, bookmarks; private to the reader) and a pinned post at the top of one's page (pin, unpin).
  • The identity service records Privacy Notice 2026-10-14 (`PRIVACY_VERSION`), which names bookmarks and the pinned post.
  • Pages discovery: search (people, organizations, posts), hashtags (tag), trending, who to follow (suggestions, from public signals only) and a ranked For you feed (for-you); search, tag and trending are public reads too.
  • Pages: jobs. An organization's article can open a job (workplace, kind of employment, location, pay, 1-90 days); people apply with a note only its owners and admins read, withdraw, or see their applications; housekeeping deletes an application 180 days after its job closes. Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.2 describes it.
  • Names can be changed after sign-up (the social profile route's display_name: 1-64 characters, without [ ] ( ), 5 a day). Pages: the AI-training choice (route ai-training; allowed until an account opts out).
  • Pages notifications: likes, replies, reposts, quotes, @mentions, follows, and organization invitations, requests, acceptances and title confirmations notify the person concerned (routes notifications and notifications-read; me.unread_notifications); kept 90 days.
  • Pages: a post made as an organization stays up when its author's account is deleted or their page is suspended. It shows no author; the organization's owners and admins see it flagged, and the new org-flagged route lists such posts for them to keep or delete.
  • Pages: the professional profile (experience, education, skills, endorsements), after LinkedIn. An organization's owners and admins confirm positions that name it; endorsements show only totals. Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.2 describes it.
  • Pages: mutes (silent; the muted person's posts and acts leave the reader's feeds and notifications), who may reply to a conversation (everyone, the first post's author's followers, or the people it mentions; each reply carries the rule), and polls (2-4 options, 1 hour to 7 days, one vote each, totals only). Privacy Notice 2026-10-14.2 describes them.
  • Sealed friends messages, server side (ADR-0049 Phase 2): device keys (devices, device-register, device-revoke), send-sealed, and messages with device_id; plain text refused once both people have a device. No client sends sealed messages yet.
  • Deploy (update) on 14 October UTC, after the website release that carries the matching Privacy Notice; a later first deploy needs a later date in deploy.sh first. From the date, plain-text messages are deleted and cannot be restored.
  • Stripe secrets alelyon-identity-stripe-secret-key + -webhook-secret, then deploy.sh image + update (packaging/identity/README.md, Settings it sets)
  • Set PLAINTEXT_RETIRES_AT in packaging/identity/deploy.sh to the deploy time plus 7 days only on the owner's word, then update; the deletion cannot be undone.

Alelyon app 0.3.0

  • Lattice shows each file's language icon beside its name: in the Explorer's tree and its folders, the editor's tabs, quick open, the file list and search. The icons are Material Icon Theme's (MIT), drawn from their shapes so they stay sharp at any scale; they replace the coloured dot.
  • Allow all, per project: commands, tool and browser calls, keeping file changes, stack decisions and the agent's own questions go ahead without asking; spending money still asks and passwords and cards are never typed; everything done without the user is listed on the project's page (Decided for you) with Change this.
  • Commands that may cost money: a declared list (cloud create and deploy commands, infrastructure-as-code applies, hosting platforms, paid compute and paid APIs) marks a command's approval card 'May cost money' with why, tells the agent, and keeps such a command asking even under Allow all.
  • Lattice: Claude Code and Codex run with room for the builds and test suites they start (three quarters of the machine's memory, up to 1,024 processes, where 8 GB and 128 stopped a full verify), and with Windows' own folders, the processor's description and the Vulkan SDK's location in their environment, so a Rust build inside Lattice finds Visual Studio's linker.
  • Stack advice on the to-do list: a curated catalog (15 areas: languages, databases and storage, hosted services, frameworks and architecture); steps that need a technology decision are marked; recommend_stack offers ranked options with pros, cons and fit for the user to pick, keeps the pick as a folder note and pins its setup guide; a folder's manifests are reviewed when it opens, with suggestions the agent can apply.
  • Pages: Communities. Find, join or ask to join a community, or start one; post in one (Post in), where only members reply. Owners and moderators approve requests, change roles, remove or ban members, take a conversation out, and edit the community; you are told of requests and approvals.
  • Pages: drafts and scheduled posts. Save what you are writing as a draft, photos and all, or schedule it for a time (in UTC); Drafts lists them, to open in the composer, post now or delete, and says why a scheduled one could not be posted. Only you see your drafts.
  • Pages: notifications grouped as the social sites group them ("Ada and 3 others liked your post"), with pictures and All or Mentions; a conversation leads with the post opened, larger, with its time and totals, and a reply box; the composer grows as you write; feeds load the next page as you near the end.
  • Pages: Lists. Make private lists of people and organizations and read each as one stream of their posts; add someone from their page (Add to list), see who is on a list and take anyone off, rename a list or delete it. Only you see your lists, and nobody on one is told.
  • Pages: a person's and an organization's page drawn as X and LinkedIn draw them, the picture over the banner and the actions in a menu, with tabs: a person's posts, replies, photos, articles and profile; an organization's posts, open jobs, people and about. Counts read 1,284 and 12.5K.
  • Pages looks like the social sites it is modelled on: three columns on a wide window (navigation with icons, the feed, and search with trending and who to follow); a post's picture beside it, a short time, its actions as icons with counts, and a ⋯ menu with Copy link, Pin, Delete, Mute, Block and Report; the composer's tools as icons on one row with Post. Narrower windows wrap the tabs instead of cutting them off.

Alelyon app 0.2.0

  • Keyboard first: Ctrl+Shift+P (or F1) opens a command palette over the whole window that finds every page, tab, editor command, setting and chat by a few letters, showing each one's shortcut; Ctrl+1 to Ctrl+9 go to the pages in rail order; in the editor Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+PageUp/PageDown change tabs and Ctrl+Shift+T reopens the last closed (tabs closed past the limit too); Esc closes whatever lies on top (palette, Models, a part's picker, Settings, the account menu, Friends, What's new), and with nothing open it cancels a message being edited or stops the chat's turn. The window opens where it was left: its size and maximised state, the page and tab, Lattice's tab, folder, open files, side bar, panels and their sizes, the chat that was open, its model and mode.
  • Lattice's core passes its strict lint check again (no change in behaviour).
  • Keys you can find: Ctrl+Shift+/ opens a sheet of every key for the window and the page on show; F6 puts the keyboard on the rail (gold ring, arrows, Enter); hovering a rail item names its page, key and purpose; the chat's Stop, Send and Agent/Ask buttons say what they do and their keys, and disabled buttons say why. In the chat, Ctrl+N starts a new chat, Up in an empty box edits your last message, and every answer and code block has Copy.
  • Identity client docs: the social contract's sealed-message routes (contract v2), for the encrypted chat the app adopts next (no visible change).
  • Sinai's page: a One model switch puts Sinai's mind, eyes and voice on MiniCPM-o 4.5 (llama-omni-server, about 10 GB of graphics memory), only when the program and every model file are in place; Off puts the previous choices back. Sinai's loop starts the one server itself from its next start.
  • Sinai's loop can use an agreed free cloud model for its eyes, embeddings and voice through a metered loopback parts service the official app runs while the loop runs; every call is checked against the part picker's Agree, licence and pauses and counted by Cloudflare's meter.
  • The cloud voice (Cloudflare's MeloTTS) now plays in Sinai's loop: the parts service decodes its MP3 answer to WAV.
  • Sinai's loop uses the part picker's choices for its eyes (a GGUF with its vision projector beside it), embeddings, voice and hearing; cloud and endpoint choices keep the loop's own model (the loop is not given the metered cloud routes); recall by meaning follows the embedding model (codes per model, memory schema 6, after a checked backup of the schema-5 store; a centre per model made once), but a model other than bge-small recalls by meaning only after the recall probe has measured it (`probes/recall/adopt.py --measure-model`); the voice picker lists Kokoro voice model files from ~/.alelyon/angel/voices; cards say what the loop does with each choice, and the embeddings card shows the loop's "measuring <model> first".
  • Groundwork for end-to-end encrypted friends chat (ADR-0049, Phase 1): the sealed-message envelope in the identity client, not used yet (no visible change).
  • Sealed friends chat checks each message's sending device against the devices of the person it says it is from, and tells you when a new device is added to your own account (review pack Q2, Q3).
  • Your plan in Settings > Account: the plan you are on (seats on Team, the date it is paid through), Upgrade to open the pricing page, and Manage billing to change plan, seats or card, or cancel, on Stripe's page.
  • Friends: choose your status from the Friends panel: Online, Away, Do not disturb or Appear offline. Friends who chose do not disturb show a red dot. A friends bar along the bottom of every page shows your status, who is online and unread messages, and opens or closes the Friends panel.
  • Friends shows the date when unsealed messages will be deleted, once the service sets one (ADR-0049 Phase 4b).
  • Agents you run inside Lattice can give you a checklist of things to do yourself, pinned above the chat's composer; they see your checks and can wait until you are done, with nothing to set up.
  • Lattice: a file an agent writes through Lattice (ACP fs/write_text_file) is staged in the chat's Changes panel under the turn that made it, and reaches the disk only when kept; agent reads see staged changes; paths outside the chat's folder are refused. Writes an agent makes with its own tools are not intercepted.
  • CENTCOM face creator: the Profile and Back view angles use the exact f32 constants, so clippy --all-targets finishes again (no visible change).
  • Sinai's part picker: the cards for Sinai's mind, eyes, ears, embeddings and voice open a picker per part; choices kept per part in the preferences; the ears' choice starts the speech engine with that model.
  • The window's title bar is gone: minimise, maximise and close sit at the top of the rail, and the Alelyon mark and the rail's empty space drag the window, so the page starts at the window's top edge.
  • CENTCOM: minimise, maximise and close are in the window's top right corner again, and the empty space along the window's top drags it (beside Lattice's tabs, above a page's heading).
  • Follow the agent: while Follow is on, each change the agent makes opens in the editor as its diff. Notes beside the code: explanations attached to lines, shown in the editor and never written into the file; the agent's reason for an edit becomes its note, Add a note writes your own, and a note follows its lines or says when they changed.
  • Hooks run at more moments: when the agent waits for you, around helpers, when earlier turns are left out, after an answer, after a failed tool, when a folder is attached, when Lattice closes, and around Tab completions; Antigravity's hooks are read in its own format.
  • Hooks for moments you are typing or away run only once allowed on the Tools page (Allow).
  • Hooks: commands you set run when Lattice's agent works (before and after a tool, when you send a message, when it stops, when a chat starts), read from your own file, your plugins, a trusted folder and the hooks you already use in Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI and Antigravity.
  • Each hook asks once, showing its exact command; the Tools page lists them and takes an allowance back.
  • Jump from a chat: one menu on each chat's header lists its changes, its folder and its model, every Lattice tab and view, and every Fleet tab, with a filter.
  • /review in the composer: a careful review of the uncommitted changes, the branch against a base, or a commit, findings most severe first with their file and line; it changes nothing.
  • A read-only git_diff tool the agent reads changes with.
  • Tab completions in the editor: as you pause typing, a code model suggests what comes next in grey; Tab takes it, Ctrl+Right its next word, Esc puts it away.
  • The Tools page chooses the model: one on this PC, or a code model of a connected provider, each shown with what 1,000 completions cost and grouped by price.
  • Checklists for what you need to do: the agent gives steps you check off above the composer; it sees your checks, and is told when all are done (or when you press Done).
  • Recall: each agent turn draws on the user's earlier conversations that match their message, and the agent can search them (the recall tool).
  • Each message goes to its topic: the current one, an earlier one it returns to, or a new one; a note beside Working in says where.
  • Topic summaries: each topic is kept in brief after every few turns by a local or hosted model the user chooses (Tools page), and turns are told about their own and the other recent topics.
  • Tasks run beside the chat: a task started from a chip runs as a topic of its own, at most the user's Tasks at once (3 by default, or no limit; Tools page); the Activity side charts what is working, each task beneath its topic, then every topic; the agent can move the work to another project after the user's Switch.
  • One chat: Lattice's chat is one continuing conversation (earlier chats shown above it, Continue this), with Working in to pick the project; the chat list, New chat and the grid are hidden.
  • Research that remembers: agents ask the archive and get kept facts, concept relations and earlier answers first; what they learn is kept beside the archive; new gatherings they ask for wait for approval.
  • Auto configure Sinai: Effort and Price tier dials on Sinai's page; a proposal with one row per part (model, where it runs, why, download size or price, expected month at typical use) chosen from a cited quality catalogue and this PC's measured memory; nothing downloaded, connected or paid before one Agree; local models downloaded from Hugging Face's public files with free disk checked, pause, resume, cancel and SHA-256 checks; cloud parts agreed on their own cards; paid models (OpenRouter, mind) only at a paid tier with a known price, counted per month and paused at the cap; a suggested review when things change, never a switch; Back to my previous setup.
  • Free cloud models for Sinai's parts on the person's own accounts: OpenRouter (mind), Groq (ears), Cloudflare Workers AI (eyes, embeddings, voice), Gemini labelled; connect, choose and agree per part before anything is sent; a part pauses at its free limit. The speech engine gains --cloud. Cloudflare is metered on this PC and stops at 9,000 of its 10,000 free Neurons a day; each Cloudflare call is reserved at its worst case under an OS file lock shared with Sinai's loop and refused if the meter cannot be locked; an image is counted as about 6,400 tokens, Alelyon's estimate (Cloudflare gives no image rate); the eyes need a separate Llama 3.2 licence tick; pauses survive a restart.
  • Tasks side by side: the grid is a read-only Tasks view of the tasks started from chips (Stop on each); a task's question, approval or plan is answered on its tile, as a card in the main chat, or by the main chat's agent on the user's word (list_tasks, message_task, stop_task, answer_task; an approval still asks in Lattice's dialog); messages are never routed into a task's thread.
  • Checklists from every agent: agents outside Lattice's chats give you checklists through a local store; they appear above the composer with the agent's name, and the agent that asked is told when you finish.
  • The done message of a chat's checklist goes to whatever agent the chat uses then.
  • Test only: the Lattice follow test CB3 measures the frame gap from the first request instead of trusting a 5 ms sleep, so it no longer fails on a loaded machine.
  • Pages: Save a post to your Bookmarks tab, Pin your own post to the top of your page, and every @username in a post opens that person's page.
  • Pages: For you beside Following on Home, Trending and Who to follow on Explore, a search box with Top, Posts, People and Organizations, and every #hashtag in a post opens its posts.
  • Pages: a Jobs tab with search and filters; Make it a job opening on an organization's article; Apply with a note, Withdraw, Applicants and Close the job for its owners and admins; your applications on My page.
  • Pages: the Notifications tab also lists endorsements of your skills, confirmations of your positions and, for an organization's owners and admins, job applications (which open the applicants).
  • My page: edit your name (a title goes in the title field) and choose whether Alelyon may use your public posts to improve its services, including training AI models.
  • Pages: a Notifications tab with the unread count in its name; each notification opens its post, person or organization.
  • Pages: a post made as an organization whose author is gone shows the organization only. The organization's owners and admins see why, a Flagged posts list on the organization's page, and Delete (admin) on every post made as the organization.
  • Pages: photos. Attach up to four photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP) to a post, each with a description, and set your page's photo and banner or an organization's logo and banner. The app draws all three kinds, a phone's photo turned the right way up. Moderators get a Photo matches view.
  • Pages: Experience, Education and Skills on a person's page, Endorse on others' skills, editors on My page, and Experience to confirm for an organization's owners and admins.
  • Pages: React beside the heart picks how (Like, Celebrate, Support, Love, Insightful, Funny); a post lists how many chose each, and notifications say how someone reacted.
  • Pages: the composer chooses who can reply and can add a poll; polls to vote in, with each option's share once you voted or it closed; Mute beside Block, and the people you muted on My page.
  • build and install llama-omni-server with packaging/llama-omni/build.ps1 (no download where its source is already checked out); Sinai's loop from this commit runs it.
  • Sinai's loop's half takes effect when Sinai's loop is next built and installed from this commit (`research/digital_being/app/build.py --install`, which bundles the new module and reference texts and hard-links Kokoro's own files from the install's models folder into ~/.alelyon/angel/voices). Its first start backs up Sinai's memory store beside itself (`memory.sqlite3.schema5-<UTC date>.bak`, SQLite's online backup, checked to open at schema 5) and only then migrates it to schema 6; if the backup fails, the store stays at schema 5 and recall by meaning stays with bge-small. An older Sinai build refuses a schema-6 store: to go back, restore the backup. A picked embedding model other than bge-small needs the recall probe's measurement (the command is in research/digital_being/probes/recall/README.md) before Sinai recalls by meaning with it.
  • rebuild the app; nothing else changes.
  • nothing beyond rebuilding the app. Hooks run in Git for Windows' bash when it is installed, else cmd.exe.
  • nothing beyond rebuilding the app. Local completions need the real llama-server in ~/.alelyon/llama.

Older day-by-day notes of the app are on What’s new.
