Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing on this page.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades, downgrades and seat changes are made from Manage billing, and Stripe prorates them: you are charged or credited for the difference over the rest of the period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once, upfront, for twelve months, at 10% off twelve monthly payments.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Any tax that applies is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
What is the hosted chat allowance?
Each paid plan includes an allowance of hosted model chat. Pro and each Team seat include the standard allowance; Max includes five times it and Ultra ten times it.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. Checkout and Manage billing open on Stripe’s pages; Alelyon never sees your card number.
